Write for us
We welcome pitches that make recreational fitness easier to understand without promising quick results or treating one routine as right for everyone. Send proposals through the Contact page.
What to pitch
Propose a focused, evergreen piece on movement, training basics, habits, recovery or gear. A strong pitch identifies the reader's question, the main point the article will make and what a reader can do with that understanding.
What makes a good proposal
Keep the idea specific and distinct from familiar generic fitness advice. Explain the structure you have in mind, flag any claims that need careful qualification, and say what makes the subject useful to a general reader. Do not include private health information.
How to send it
Use the Contact page and choose the editorial enquiry option. Include a working title, a short summary and any relevant writing samples or background. A proposal is not a commission, and we may not be able to reply to every submission.
Consistency beats a perfect plan
Fitness should make sense in the context of a real life. We focus on clear choices and flexible routines, not pressure to do more.
